Customer Schnorr convinced by their Qcision FB one press during pre-acceptance

Pre-acceptance is a decisive approval process for machines, whereby the fineblanking press is subjected to a thorough functional and quality test before delivery. The inspection of the Qcision FB one fineblanking press was conducted by a delegation of Schnorr representatives. They were very satisfied with the results. Extensive tests and inspections fulfilled all specified requirements and quality standards. After hands-on operation by the company’s machine and system operators, they were furthermore convinced by its intuitive user surface and simple tool change.

Schnorr has expanded to an international leading supplier in the field of disc springs and screw safety washers with sales subsidiaries worldwide. Alongside years of experience in stamping and moulding, the company provides fineblanking technology. Therefore, Schnorr has invested in the high-end FB one series. Using this hydraulic fineblanking press ensures high flexibility and cost-effectiveness in the production of demanding components at high output.
