CCMI congress in China: Qcision at the annual top event for fineblanking experts
At the Fineblanking Confederation of the Chinese Metalworking Industry (CCMI) in Xiangyang, around 200 members and visitors exchanged innovations in fineblanking and forming technologies. Qcision took the opportunity to showcase the new look and feel, following the recent name change and highlighted the benefits of customized tool concepts in a specialist presentation.
Optimal production results can only be achieved if all parameters for fineblanking systems are harmonized. The heart of this system is a customized tool. Sven Hofstetter, Director of Tooling and Technology at Qcision and the speaker at the event, is convinced: “In terms of quality and part costs, there are major advantages of investing in a transfer tool instead of a progressive tool.”
Markus Schaltegger, CEO of Qcision, together with his on-site Management Tan Yudi, General Manager, and Chen Li, Sales Director, draws a positive conclusion of the customer and event visit in China. Markus notes: “I am very pleased with the technological progress and the dedication to further develop the solutions I see here. At this important event for the fineblanking industry in China, we are keen to share the technical expertise we have built up over many years with industry representatives and contribute to their success. We value the dialogue with colleagues, giving us the opportunity to learn more about the needs of our customers.“
